The Flair Team
Who We Are

Joanna
Principal
Jo has always had a huge love for performing arts, discovering her passion for musical theatre from a young age. With training in dance, acting and singing, a National Diploma in Performing Arts, and experience teaching performing arts to children in the UK, she loves sharing her passion with young performers. For Jo, there is nothing more rewarding than watching a student grow in confidence, discover their talents and light up on stage. She is passionate about creating a fun, welcoming environment where every child feels encouraged to express themselves and find their flair.
Mikayla

Jasmine

With teaching experience across Australia and the UK, she specialises in tap, jazz, modern and musical theatre. Jasmine has experience teaching a wide range of ages, from preschoolers through to young adults. With additional training in supporting children with different learning needs, Jasmine creates a welcoming environment for all children.
Lily
Performing Arts
Teaching Assistant
Lily has been passionate about performing arts since the age of three, training in acting, singing and dancing and regularly performing in stage productions, including at London’s O2 Arena. She also gained industry experience whilst represented by a leading UK child's acting agency, appearing in a national UK television advertisement and reaching the final rounds for the lead role in Matilda the movie! Lily loves helping young performers build confidence, explore their creativity and discover the joy of performing.

Mark
Operations Manager
The true performing arts dad. Recording 100 takes for a last minute self-tape audition, driving to rehearsals, hunting down costumes and somehow always being the one who knows where everyone is supposed to be, Mark has seen and done it all.
The creative side? Definitely not his jam. Give him a spreadsheet, a process to improve or a problem to solve, though, and he’s much happier.
Mark keeps the business and operations running smoothly behind the scenes, so our teachers can focus on what they do best, helping our performers shine.
